During my Christmas stay, the hotel was very nicely located, with easy access to the nearby market and bus station. The staff was always very polite and quick to address any request or question. The food was quite tasty and varied, with great local options. Another thing that I enjoyed was the cleanliness of the rooms and the towels were changed regularly.

I had to call the reception multiple times to get hot water and even then, it was not hot enough. the door lock was not working properly, which was a bit concerning.

The hotel's cleanliness was substandard, as the housekeeping staff was unresponsive to requests and refused to clean the trash from the door. the rooms were overly priced and lacked any view or outdoor space.

The hot water supply was inconsistent during our stay, which made bathing inconvenient. We had to make multiple calls to get hot water, and even then, the temperature was too low. The cleanliness of the hotel was also disappointing. Despite requesting housekeeping to clean the trash outside our room door, they never did it, claiming they were too busy. The bedsheets were also used, and when we asked for a change, they insisted it was clean enough and only changed one sheet out of the twin beds. The rooms were heavily overpriced for the quality provided.
